Those look an awful lot like the original cans that had center inlets (causing drastic bends) and the old-style innards, which were scrapped early on and reconfigured for performance/sound. You get what you pay for though, right? Also, they sit way too far under the car. You need to make sure those air-pressure vents in the trunk are in good shape otherwise you'll be inhaling fumes as it wafts into the cabin. You can check by removing the trunk plastic as they are pretty easy to spot. Good luck.
